A UAE trading house connecting Gulf shelves to African fields
MummyPlug General Trading was founded to remove the friction from buying and selling across borders. We combine traditional general trading with modern e-commerce fulfilment, and we are building a focused import-export corridor between the UAE and West Africa.
Our story
From a small supply desk to a multi-division trader
We started by supplying foodstuff and hygiene lines to small retailers in the Northern Emirates. As clients asked for more, we added electronics, beauty, safety and textiles — and then the warehousing and fulfilment layer that keeps those categories moving.
Today our team works with more than forty manufacturers and consolidators, importing through UAE ports and free zones, and distributing to retailers, contractors, hospitality groups and online sellers. We also export rice, vegetable oils and kitchen essentials to Cameroon and West Africa, and import pre-processed cash crops such as cocoa, coffee and palm oil into the UAE.
The principle has not changed: quote honestly, deliver on time, keep the paperwork clean.

We use Dubai's free zones and ports as a hub: consumer goods move out to West African markets, and raw cash crops move back in for regional processing and re-export.
